Accounts Assistant/ Administrator

  • Epping, Essex
We are looking for an accounts administrator to join our client accounts team. This is a permanent role Monday

  • Friday, However the hours can be flexible. Ideal for someone who may need to do the school run or have other commitments.

They are based in the West Essex area close to the Epping/Chigwell areas.(Transport needed as this role is located in a rural area.) Based in a lovely location, working in nice, clean, modern offices.

Accounts Assistant/ Administrator Duties

  • Support Accounts team with processing invoices and administrative
documentation, as required.

  • All aspects of Purchase Ledger processing invoices, and dealing with supplier queries
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Assisting with purchase invoice processing
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Liaising with the Procurement Department
  • Assisting the team with ad hoc duties
Account Assistant/ Administrator Competencies

Role-specific:

  • Competent user of Sage 200
  • Understanding of relevant bookkeeping
  • Construction industry experience desirable but not essential.

General IT:
This Accounts Assistant/ Administrator role is a permanent role and the Salary is around 22-24k depending on experience.
