We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to work with a business systems and data team.

This is a varied role that covers a wide range of data across systems and business functions.

Your main role will be to analyse, interpret and present data to provide strategic insights, to drive a customer service improvement and develop the potential ofcommercial data.

Senior Data Analyst - What you get to do

Advancing the use of predictive analytics: data manipulation, finding and prioritising key variables, statistical analysis, forecasting and modelling.
Presenting recommendations for operational improvements based on the results of analysis.
Complete complex data analysis with a variety of purposes for the business, including increasing knowledge of the operation or customers, reviewing marketing campaigns.
To perform adhoc analysis of data to find the root cause of problems. Including thinking of new, inventive ways of using data to answer new questions.

Skills and qualifications helpful for the role of the Senior Data Analyst

Excellent numeracy skills with the ability statistically analyse complex data sets.
Previous experience of presenting complex results and information to nontechnical stakeholders.
Advanced MS Excel skills (including pivot tables, xlookup, sumifs etc)
Knowledge of SQL & MS Access.
