We are currently looking to recruit a National Aftersales Administrator, to work from one of our UK depots.What we offer:
The role is to complete all Linde MH UK Limited's Aftersales jobs accurately and in a timely order.
To be responsible for the d aily c reation and p lanning of m aintenance & LOLER p lans and/or manage in-life service contract administration with combinations of p rice c hanges.
Tasks and Qualifications:
- First level FMC and adhoc invoice query workflow resolution
- Efficient and timely in life administration of maintenance contracts and billing
- Efficient and timely implementation of RPI and other maintenance contract pricing changes
- Contract c reation (PPM, customer owned trucks) (Financed Trucks)
- Prolongations & Buybacks
- Create and schedule m aintenance & LOLER p lans
