    Description

    Private Client Legal SecretaryOur client a modern forward thinking law firm are recruiting for an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join their busy Private Client Team.

    As a Private Client Legal Secretary you will provide administrative support to one or more lawyers.

    The Role * Providing typing and administration support to one or more lawyers * Audio typing (BigHand) * Opening and closing files * Diary management, preparing lawyers for external meetings * Carry out money laundering and ID checks * Typing of legal documents, Wills, LPA's, Estate Accounts * Witnessing wills * Liaise with Clients, Solicitors , Barristers Chambers * Attend client meetings * Preparing conference room * Provide support to other secretaries as and when required * Assist with preparation of invoices * Taking credit card payments * Booking events, training etcThe Candidate * You will possess recent Private Client Experience * Experience with all Microsoft Office packages , excellent Audio Typing skills * The ability to work to tight deadlines * Attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure * Strong organisational skills * Excellent communications skills and a team playerBenefits * 22 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays, plus Christmas * Pension * Hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm * Friendly office environmentApply Now.
