Job Purpose

Working with the wider business at The Skills Network to support and proactively develop existing and new relationships with line managers and HR teams to support the recruitment and training of their workforce.

You will need to be flexible to change to thedifferent needs of the business.

This is an employability-focused role, helping those looking to reskill/ upskill or are unemployed to find new employment in digital and professional services roles.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Proactively develop existing and new relationships with line managers and HR teams to support recruitment and training of their workforce
  • Managing a fullcycle recruitment process from inception to completion
  • Presenting and pitching for new business
  • Reporting on employer engagement, job search and positive progressions
  • Managing complexity, change and expectations within a business environment
  • Cross selling of training and development opportunities within employers.

Salary:
£24,000 - £26,000


Hours: 37.5
