Description

Opportunity to work with a nationwide social housing association in the midst of a multi-year business transformation.

They are seeking an experienced Business Analyst who can support a number of workstreams across the Transformation programme related to data including Data Migration, Data Cleansing, Data Design, and Data Literacy and Governance.

This role would support the Data Design workstream in ensuring effective gathering and translation of business requirements into technical specifications.

They require someone to evaluate business problems and recommend solutions while working with a small team of analysts.

Skills Required:

Strong analytical skills to understand and evaluate data requirements
Ability to elicit and translate business requirements into technical specifications
Experience working on large scale technical implementations
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams, including developers and data experts as well as SMEs within the business
Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations is an advantage
Familiarity with data design
Experience in creating data models and entityrelationship diagrams is an advantage
Ability to plan and prioritise tasks effectively
