    Description

    I'm seeking a Power BI enthusiast with financial data experience to join a global organization as the Senior Finance Data Analyst. This position, a hybrid role, involves 3 days per week in an office near Canary Wharf.

    In this role, you will be responsible for data analytics and Power BI reporting for the finance function. Tasks include constructing financial data models in Excel, working with SQL Server data sources, and creating informative reports and visualizations in Power BI.

    This role is not solely hands-on; you will engage with business stakeholders to gather clear functional requirements for reports and have regular feedback sessions with users to ensure the reports meet their needs. It's a self-sufficient role where proactivity is encouraged.

    This opportunity is ideal for a Power BI professional looking to advance in their career and become the Power BI and analytics expert in the finance department.

    Requirements:

    • Proficient in Power BI development and DAX
    • SQL proficiency for database queries
    • Experience in building intricate financial models in Excel
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

    Benefits:

    • Salary up to 70,000 depending on experience
    • Discretionary bonus up to 10%
    • 5% pension
    • 25 days annual leave
