Part Time Credit Controller


PQS Survey Ltd is a construction equipment supplier that specialises in the provision of survey and safety equipment nationally from 6 depots; Leeds, Derby, Hull, Milton Keynes, Norfolk and Sunderland.

We are now looking to hire a
Part-time Credit Controller to join our busy finance team at our Head Office in Leeds to help with our continued business growth.


A typical day will involve the following:

  • Chasing of outstanding invoices from Customers across our ledger
  • Handling customer queries and liaising with other departments where necessary to resolve issues
  • Posting payments from customers
  • Managing customer credit limits
  • Releasing of orders
  • Reviewing ledgers and explaining outstanding balances
  • Ensuring that transactions are posted accurately and in a timely manner
  • Any additional tasks as requested by Management
  • Working in other functions in Finance as required to cover holidays & sickness

The ideal Credit Controller will have:

  • Experience in a Credit Control / Finance / General Accounts
  • Competent Excel skills
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Experience of Sage ideal but not essential as full training is given

Salary:
£23.5-25K pro rata (depending upon experience)


Hours: 25hrs per week Mon-Fri


Holidays: 21days plus BH (pro-rata)
