Summary:

Key responsibilities:

Develop, improve and implement procedures in relation to your responsible deliverables
Ensure key KPIS are hit in relation to delivery of work across relevant deliverables
Coach, provide professional development and support to team members
Escalation point of contact for queries and responsible for redistribution as necessary
Act as daytoday account manager for key client, issuing regular monthly progress reports
Nurture customer and supplier relationships maintaining revenue streams, providing regular updates to clients ensuring excellent customer service
Perform other adhoc duties as and when required

Skills and experience required:

High level of leadership / motivational skills and ability to work on own initiative
Energy / utilities team leader / management (preferred but not essential)
Excellent timekeeping skills and organised with a proactive approach
Excellent IT skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and able to develop excellent customer/supplier working relationships
Reliable and trustworthy
Ability to work to tight deadlines and multitask
Strong teamplayer, flexible and able to work effectively without close supervision
Capable of utilising complex problem solving skills
Reliable, trustworthy and able to maintain integrity working with confidential information
