    Description

    **Experienced Strategic Land Manager** with a passion for identifying and securing prime development opportunities from acquisition to planning permission.

    As a senior Land Manager, youll be involved with the acquisition of new opportunities whilst managing a Strategic Land Portfolio. You will maintain high-profile relationships with external property contacts, local agents, landowners, and developers. Using your networks and connections to introduce new regions and secure off-market land opportunities.

    About the role:

    • Sourcing Strategic Land: Identify and secure long-term options for prime development sites through internal searches and your extensive network.
    • Expert Planning & Promotion: Develop comprehensive planning and promotion strategies to maximise development value and minimise costs.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Lead negotiations with landowners, manage external consultants, and forge strong relationships with local planning authorities.
    • Financial: Prepare compelling business cases and manage project budgets and profitability.
