    In this role within Managed Support Services, you will lead the delivery of equipment support and modification projects for Defence and Security applications. It's a technically challenging role that provides crucial ongoing capability for end users.

    Here are some of the responsibilities you'll have:

    • Ensure on-time and on-cost delivery of projects for optimal financial results and customer satisfaction
    • Protect project baselines and control variations
    • Seize opportunities for contract growth and develop quotations/proposals
    • Implement Lifecycle Management and Project Management processes
    • Lead Contract/Project Reviews and manage risks, issues, and opportunities
    • Ensure project requirements and deliverables are understood and documented
    • Provide guidance for commercial agreements and team development
    • Delight customers by delivering high-quality service and engagement
    • Promote collaborative work across the organization

    What we are looking for in a candidate:

    To be successful in this role, you should have:

    • APM/degree in programme management
    • Strong programme management skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
    • Customer focus, commercial awareness, and change management skills
    • Strong background in Project or Programme Management
    • Experience in defence/military or engineering environment
    • Ability to manage complexity and work with key stakeholders
    • Computer literacy with MS Office and MS Project
