Key Achievements  Successfully on-boarded and launched 7 new vendors as part of the IMUK cyber portfolio.  Managed key vendors in existing portfolio – driving consistent revenue and margin growth.  Broadened cyber awareness across the wider sales teams in IMUK – Introducing vendors to the IaaS and Modern Workplace Teams.  Executed Business Intelligence campaigns focused on generating netnew end-user opportunities to pass to partners (existing and new) – over £2million pipeline generated 

Roles and Responsibilities:  Part of the Cyber Security Management Team.  Owning the IMUK relationship with the vendors. Responsible for defining the GTM strategy and tracking performance against objectives.  Leading a team of 3 Business Development Executives – each aligned to strategic vendors. Ensure buy-in to vendor strategy and successful execution of objectives against plan.  Ownership and management of quarterly/monthly/weekly forecasting to Directors - including new business pipeline and renewals.  Work with the wider sales management team to identify vendor to vendor synergy. Build plans to drive adoption of Cyber technology within non-traditional partner base – i.e. Cloud partners – Microsoft / AWS / Google.  

Arrow ECS - Business Sector Manager Newmarket, Suffolk 03/2017 – 09/2020 

Key Achievements  Career progression from Product / Business manager to Business Sector Manager, through 12 years at Arrow ECS.  Effective and successful manager of 10 staff, overseeing 6 key vendor relationships.  Consistent over achievement of revenue and margin targets.  Introduced regular team skill review and training sessions focusing on deal management and maximising deal margin.  Developed and maintained strong relationships with key senior stake holders within the Vendors managed by my team, acting as a senior escalation point.  Overcoming numerous staffing challenges whilst continuing to drive the team to maximise business growth.  Strategically managed new vendor launch in 2018.  Achieving aggressive sales growth in first year (2018) of trading - £13million.  Continued revenue and margin growth in 2019 - £27mill (105% increase on 2018) and 2020 - £16mill so far (50% increase expected on 2019).  Vendor Rebuilding Plan.  Instrumental in implementing re-building plan and reinvigorating interest for struggling vendor, both internally and externally.  Identification and engagement with Tier 1 resellers.  Brokered introductions between vendor and new resellers.  H2 2020 pipeline generated - £2.5million.

 Roles and Responsibilities:  Senior Management role, taking responsibility for key vendors within Arrows' Network & Security business.  Responsibility for vendor relationship within Arrow and accountable for driving vendor strategy and delivering results.  Leading a team of 10 staff, including Business Managers, External and Internal Vendor Specialists: setting out team strategy and developing team vision, motivating, mentoring and driving them to achieve our team goals.  Overall responsibility for financial budgeting, marketing and planning for these key vendors.  Ownership and management of quarterly/monthly/weekly forecasting to Directors - including sales lead management, marketing and initiatives/programs, pipeline and Big Deal Tracker (deals over £100k, identified as strategically important and managed closely).  Overseeing and providing support to my Business Managers to plan, create and execute on Business Plans focusing on increasing sales of all vendors within my product group.  Recruit new partners and identify win back partners through developing the strategy to win and develop these accounts.  Ensuring revenue and internal margin targets are met and exceeded by the team, through regular monitoring and ownership of our performance KPIs and revenue figures, and that the objectives set out in the vendor plans are on track.   Facilitating continual learning and process improvement for these specific vendors, through close KPI monitoring and regular business reviews. Ensuring clear progression against Business Plans and that joint objectives are being achieved.  Worked alongside the communications team developing marketing strategies to boost vendor growth, building product awareness with channel partners. 

Arrow ECS Ltd - Business Manager Newmarket, Suffolk 04/2008 - 03/2017 

Key Achievements:  Launched Ruckus as a new vendor within COMPUTERLINKS in 2008  Influential in sustained business growth - Increased Ruckus revenues by 313% in 2009, 443% in 2010, 310% in 2011, 139% in 2012, 82% in 2013, 15% in 2014 and 24% in 2015. Continued growth expected in 2016  Won award for Ruckus Wireless Largest Distributor of the Year in 2013 in EMEA.  Top 5, tier 1 vendor within Arrow ECS Netsec Division  Grown partner base from Zero to over 150 resellers Role and Responsibilities:  Relationship management – Owning and managing vendor relations on a day to day basis from territory managers up to board level. Hold close relationship with top performing resellers to ensure continued development, leading to growth.  Team management – Setting quarterly focus and targets for my team.  Business planning – Quarterly plan development and execution with my managed accounts.  Marketing – develop vendor and partner plans / activities.  Business development – developing existing partners through tailored campaigns to focus around target markets. Also developing and executing campaigns to bring new partners on-board.  Financial Management and Planning:  Lead price negotiations with vendor and reseller for large project roll outs  Stock management  Forecasting – Daily, Weekly and Monthly  Driving sales with partners to achieve monthly targets
