Energy and Sustainability Consultant

A rapidly growing and established multidisciplinary consultancy with offices nationwide are now looking to grow their sustainability team in Birmingham.

The Company

This medium-sized consultancy of around 80 people offers Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying and E&S consultancy services within various eectors including: Retail, Residential, Industrial and more.

The Energy and Sustainability Consultant (E&S Consultant)

_The E&S consultant will be responsible for _

Delivering energy assessments across a variety of sectors.
Delivery of BREEAM and BREEAM AP project proposals and tenders from the team.
Ability to complete BREEAM Pre-Assessments
Produce Commercial Energy Performance Certificates
Building Modelling for Net Carbon Zero Reporting
Residential Carbon Modelling and SAP calculations
Supporting the delivery of project administration and financial management from the team.
Supporting works in carbon LCA (embodied, construction and operational)
Supporting sustainability and energy statements
Feasibility Reports for renewable installations
Relevant degree or Masters
5 years' experience
SAP NDEPC, DEC license
BREEAM experience, ideally certified
LEED and WELL experience also preferred
Energy modelling (SBEM / SAP)
DRIVING LICENSE required.
