- Perform complex tasks such as disassembly, repair, and assembly of aircraft nacelle components.
- Interpret technical data from manuals, service bulletins, and engineering drawings.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and EHS regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Time served in a relevant discipline with mechanical qualifications.
- Hands-on experience in a mechanical or engineering field.
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and communicate effectively.
- Strong communication and computer literacy skills.
- Prior experience in aviation maintenance is beneficial.
- Knowledge of aircraft composite structures and repairs.
- Experience in engine build-up and calibrated measurement equipment.
- Familiarity with Lean/Continuous Improvement principles.
