What is the job about?

As a business we pride ourselves on exceeding the compliance regulations and expectations of our key partners and suppliers

What exactly will you do?

  • Keep up to date with and understand contracts criteria for multiple different suppliers.
  • Monitor compliance with regulations and internal policies such as product explanation and due diligence.
  • Record and summarise compliance checks for management and key stakeholders.
  • Investigate irregularities and noncompliance issues.
  • Educate employees on regulations and respective impact to customers and the organisation.
  • Report back to business on risk factors and compliance performance
  • Identify and record areas of concern such as behaviour patterns that may emerge from compliance checks.
  • Contribute to robust and effective compliance controls within the organisation.
  • Review marketing materials, presentations, and websites to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the gathering of internal information in response to regulatory requests.
  • Perform general administrative duties (such as file creation and maintenance of ongoing administrative projects)
  • Collaborate with other departments to create a culture of compliance and ensure they comply with all company operating policies and procedures.


You will be part of a customer centric support team who work well to support our sales teams and suppliers and our customers.

Full training will be provided to ensure you understand the regulations you then enforce.

What we're looking for

  • Prior experience in a compliance role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team and independently.
  • Experience with Computer systems and CRM Systems including outlook, excel, word
  • Critical problemsolving ability. You'll have a keen eye to spot out anomalies and understand the procedure in correcting the issue.
  • An ability to analyse and interpret information quickly.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changes withinternal policies or the external market.
  • Team player
  • Ability to articulate concise, upwards feedback to key stakeholders to ensure they are aware of any trends or risks.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the energy Industry preferred but not essential.
