Description

Our Procurement Insurance Lead makes sure all our Atlanta "Own Insurance" policies are managed properly and tailored to the needs of the business in a cost effective, transparent and timely manner.

How will you do this?

Joining our Procurement team, you will help to ensure all suppliers nominated within the Procurement Lead's portfolio are commercially managed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Diligent in your approach, you ensure that our insurance contracts are loaded onto the Atamis database and renewal triggers are outlined in a timely manner.

Always one step ahead, you know the details of our projects and understand where changes may impact immediately against any existing relationships.

A natural relationship builder, you will be the main point of contact between Atlanta and our portfolio of lead providers, whilst also engaging with 3rd parties and alternative service providers to when establishing benchmark data.

You will participate in Participate in all 3rd party supplier SRM reviews and ensure formal reviews are documented.

An analytical thinker, you will track all cost data relevant for each site, whilst providing trend and historical data to support any discussions with our third-party service providers.

Whilst providing a continued service to the Merger and Acquisition sites, where required and align all "Related Contract synergies" where possible.
