Salary/Grade:
E, £23,893- £25,119 per annum pro rata
**Contract: Temporary:
- Maternity Cover**
Base - Hybrid working to be discussed at interview
- 37 hours per week, Monday Friday to cover maternity leave**Business Support are looking to appoint a Business
team. The role will include a wide range of administrative tasks; record keeping, managing
incoming calls, arranging temporary accommodation for Housing Options
customers, attending meetings and minute taking. Procurement, creating and inputting
service spreadsheets will also be required. Managing filing systems, staff
rotas and Out of Hours duty Rotas.
Skills required - We are looking for someone who is
a good team
player, proactive and can keep a level
head in a very busy service, who can work on their own initiative and be part
of a small team. Fantastic communication skills and excellent organisation
skills are
essential. A high level of IT competency in using Word and Excel are
required.
Location:
During the training period you
will be required to work in the office 5 days a week Monday to Friday.
Once training is complete you will
be required to work three days in the office (Civic Centre Harrogate)
Closing date - Tuesday 12th March
Interviews - Tuesday 19th March at the Civic Centre in Harrogate
