The Role
As a Mercedes-Benz Parts Advisor you will be an integral member of the aftersales team. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the parts department.

Daily duties will include receiving parts into stock, booking of parts to workshop jobs, maintaining stock levels and dealing with retail customers.

Knowledge of vehicle layout, parts catalogues and computer stock lists would be an advantage, but they will be the first things you will be trained in.

You will ensure their pricing structures are kept up-to-date, and that stock control is always secure and well maintained.

You will be the first point of contact both face to face and over the phone and will be expected to provide excellent customer service.

About You

You will be an experienced parts advisor from within a dealership environment, you will have fantastic customer service skills and be able to develop relationships effortlessly, you will be able to prioritise your workload along with excellent accuracy.

This is a busy environment, so you will need to be completely unflappable You will be working in a team of customer focused professionals, so must enjoy team working.

You will also need a full driving licence.

On Offer

Basic salary:
£27,500 with KPI of £4,000 OTE
£31,500

45-hour week, they are looking for someone who is flexible depending on workload, the business is open between 0800 and 1730, working between these times plus 1 in 3 Saturdays.
