Customer Experience Communications Specialist***
Location:Burgess Hill/Remote***
Salary:£400 per day***
Full Time

6-month contract (outside of IR35)
***Our client is a globally leading pharmaceutical company, who are looking for a Customer Experience Communications Specialist, with the option for hybrid / remote flexibility.


Responsibilities

  • Codevelop and deliver integrated communications concepts and campaigns
  • Work with the Communications Lead to develop integrated communication planning, including metrics
  • Leverage multiple data sources to provide datadriven analysis and content recommendations, with a commitment towards continuous improvement of the customer experience
  • Continue iterating on, testing, and optimizing content to help uncover the most successful approaches
  • Establish effective collaboration relationship at all levels within CXSD
  • Align with leaders on identifying and communicating success stories
  • Develop messaging around various topics of design and customer experience
  • Drive internal & external communication programs, initiatives, and events
  • Support the further development of communication tools and channels that help engage and inspire internal and external stakeholders to be active ambassadors for the customer experience
  • Continuously improving the communication process by keeping the communication dashboard on Monday tool up to date
  • Permanently optimizes processes in order to increase quality and efficiency standards

Requirements:


  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Masters preferred
  • 5 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in healthcare / HealthTech / technology
  • Experience in driving communications activities, planning and executing communications campaigns
  • Experience in producing, managing and coordinating all types of content and in using technology, digital tools and data to prepare, measure, analyse and make recommendations for content, including metrics
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make recommendations based on the results/data
  • Good knowledge of Google suite and of editorial digital tools related to communications
  • Demonstrated excellent assessment and objective evaluation skills, with an ability to comprehend and translate complex topics into manageable pieces and messages
  • Demonstrated strong ability to collaborate effectively in a highly matrixed organisation
  • Excellent organisational and planning agility and active listening skills, strong ability to extract and quickly process key information, summarise key needs or interests of stakeholders and provide respective communications insights and recommendations
  • Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills: proven track record of building strong and sustainable relationships with stakeholders
  • Effective influencing skills: consistently optimise results through skilful collaboration with others, influencing without authority
  • High selfmotivation: able to thrive in a nonhierarchical, selforganising environment, where teams form around projects and initiatives
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must, German is a plus
