Sales Specialist

Newcastle Upon Tyne

Up to £22-40k (OTE £50k)

About The Role:


Responsibilities:


  • Outbound calling daily using data provided and converting the calls to new business leads.
  • Achieving realistic daily/weekly/monthly sales, revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Working closely with the Senior Account Managers and Team Leaders to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors.
  • Adhering to sales compliance rules all sales are generated in line with our quality standards. Proactivity in identifying opportunities for new business.
  • Inputting and maintaining prospective client information onto the company's unique CRM.
  • Dealing with client queries.
  • Building relationships with colleagues and clients, referring to Team Leaders for advice and support.
  • Always communicating with clients in a professional manner, aligned with our company values.

Key Skills:


  • Selfmotivated and driven by targets.
  • Resilient with strong communication skills including both verbal and written.
  • Outgoing attitude towards cold calling.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • No official training or experience is required but would be beneficial.
  • No specific education qualifications are needed.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£40,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Supplemental pay types:
