Description
Portico are looking for a General Manager based at the Manchester offices of one of the big four auditors.The successful General Manager will be oversee all catering services and hospitality provisions, as well as working with the Welcome Services Manager to oversee front of house operations.
We are looking for a General Manager who has an ability to inspire and motivate their team through reward and recognition, as well as training, and development to ensure that the highest standard of client care is delivered to all internal staff, visitors and our colleagues in other service departments.
Hours: 40 hours per week, between 7:30am-6pm Mon-Fri.Salary:
£40,000
We are looking for a proactive person with experience of managing multiple departments in a busy corporate or 5* hospitality environment, who can manage their time effectively and get stuck into the operation when needed.
Preferably, the person will have experience of mobilising a new corporate site or offer and is not being afraid to think outside of the box and put innovative ideas forward, creating new processes and procedures, and tackling the status quo.
Experience in managing client relationships is also essential.Whats in it for you?
