Description

Quartix Ltd founded in 2001 is one of the leading vehicle tracking companies, with over 20,000 customers in the UK, US and Europe.


Working from our offices in Newtown this role will be supporting our US customers 14:30-23:00 Monday to Friday with an hour break = 37.50hrs per week.


Duties to include:

  • Answering in a professional and timely manner all daily inbound/outbound calls.
  • Managing customer's accounts and build good relationships.
  • Processing new sales orders.
  • Requesting shipments and processing shipments as and when required.
  • Arranging and booking installation, unit removals, and reinstallations, appointments making sure to complete unit transfer paperwork as required.
  • Raising Customers on the in house database.
  • Completing any additional unit requests and repeat order paperwork.
  • Update company names and changes.
  • Ensuring outstanding orders chased.
  • Chasing provisional paperwork/DD.
  • Chasing and booking remaining 3G/4G swaps.
  • Ensuring all communication is captured within the MDB our in house database.
  • Address any RED FLAGS in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring great customer service is provided.
  • Adhoc additional tasks as required by the Company.
