The Company

Our SaaS client offers a leading health and safety software they are a growing tech business with a great culture and huge ambitions.

Looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their thriving team.


The Role:


  • Focus on the outbound sales strategy
  • Speak to prospects to identify opportunities and qualify requirements with the expected outcome to be arranging a meeting with the BDMs to demo the solution
  • Hit KPIs of outbound activities and meetings booked for BDM's
  • Keep all CRM and internal systems are up to date with a live view of prospecting conversations
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects that come via inbound marketing efforts
  • Regularly attend product reviews
- and share feedback from clients with the product team so they can continuously improve.

  • Develop and understanding of the health and safety sector and understand how the software can help with pain points
  • Progression opportunities to a BDM for those who are interested in this career pathway.

Person Specification:


  • 6 months plus sales experience ideally in a cold calling environment
  • Strong work Ethic
  • Money motivated

Package:


  • 25k 27k basic + commission
  • Competitive
bonus package:
1-12 - £40 per appointment attended (must hit 50% of target before they are paid)
12+ £500 kicker bonus
13-20 £50 per attended appointment backdated from 1-12
20+ £60 appointment attended backdated to the 1-19
