    We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join a growing independent lettings agency based in Bristol.

    Our client has established themselves as one of the top lettings agencies in the area within a short span of time. As they continue to expand, we are in search of a Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic team.

    About the Role:

    • Working in a team of 8 seasoned professionals, offering a wealth of industry knowledge and opportunities for personal growth and development.
    • A collaborative and vibrant environment awaits, perfect for individuals with a lively personality and strong character.

    Lettings Negotiator Duties:

    • Registering new applications.
    • Conducting accompanied viewings.
    • Negotiating agreements between tenants and landlords on move-in dates, rent, and furnishing.
    • Collecting necessary information and documents for referencing purposes.
    • Scheduling valuations for the Senior Negotiator/Valuer.

    Lettings Negotiator Skills:

    • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Prior experience in property management, preferably in lettings or estate agency.
    • Possession of a clean driver's license and a personal vehicle.

    Lettings Negotiator Package:

    • Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 OTE: £29,000 - £31,000.
    • Monday to Friday role, 9 am to 5:30 pm, with an early finish on Fridays.
    • Work one Saturday every 7 weeks.
    • 22 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and an extra day for your birthday.
    • Supported ARLA examination.
