Exciting opportunity to join a very successful, reputable Estate and Lettings Agency in the centre of Manchester. We have a large, stable property portfolio and offer the very best service to our clients.

This is a forward, thinking, modern and dynamic office team, who take pride in their work and look after staff, landlords and tenants alike.

We are seeking a professional, organised person who will enjoy the fast pace. They will be the core person in the office to ensure everything runs smoothly.


The role of lettings administrator will be to handle incoming calls, deal with enquires, book viewings, manage keys being handled in the office and action any bills received.

They will also be required to coordinate move-ins, right to rent checks and key releases for tenants moving into properties in Manchester.

This will be a great starting role for those interested in working within the property sector.


Key Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls

Ensuring messages are passed to the correct people

Qualifying tenants

General office duties

Dealing with property enquiries

Booking in viewings

Managing and handling keys

Coordinating move-ins, right to rent passport checks & key releases


Skills Required:

Excellent telephone manner, spoken and written communication skills

Excellent approach to customer service and client care

Excellent time management skills

The ability to make good working relationships with a wide range of people

The ability to work under pressure

Self-motivated and organised

Good work ethic

Package Competitive salary up to £25,000pa

Company phone and laptop provided

Regular social events

Working hours

  • Monday to Thursday 9am 6pm
  • Friday 9am 5pm
  • Every other Saturday (with a day off in lieu during the week)

Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
