HR Advisor

What will you be doing:

Being the main point of contact for all HR enquiries, seeking to resolve them and coach staff lacking understanding of policies as needed
Liaising with managers on a variety of ER matters to offer guidance on the best course of action and supporting casework
Corresponding with key stakeholders to collaborate on driving the People strategy forward
Welcoming new starters to the company, introducing them to staff aroud the office and ensuring they have someone to turn to for any questions during their first weeks with the company
Showing initiaitive and providing suggestions to improve how we engage with staff, the accessibility of support for staff and any other measures that will help the service delivery overall
Monitor all short and long term abscences, contacting staff and conducting return to work interviews
Completing administration on an ad hoc basis
28 days holiday including bank holidays
