    KEYHOLDER

    Primary Purpose

    As a Keyholder, you play a vital role in contributing to store goals in sales, productivity, and service by applying Kate Spade selling skills and service training. Your responsibilities include achieving personal sales and productivity targets, providing service that exceeds expectations, representing Kate Spade to customers, acting as a brand ambassador, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

    PROFILE

    Client & Service Expert

    • Achieve individual sales goals
    • Develop comprehensive product knowledge across all categories
    • Deliver outstanding customer service to provide the ultimate Kate Spade experience
    • Build a personal clientele through effective selling skills, proactive client outreach, and the use of the client book

    Building Brand Equity

    • Understand and convey the Kate Spade aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to customers
    • Demonstrate teamwork skills

    Operational Excellence

    • Execute operational tasks according to company guidelines
    • Process all POS transactions accurately
    • Follow and apply visual directives to maintain daily store standards
    • Assume heightened responsibilities as a Keyholder

    Skills and Abilities Required

    • Demonstrate professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal abilities
    • Previous experience in luxury goods is preferred
    • Proactively manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
    • Work effectively within a team environment
