    About the Role: The Marketing Graduate Programme at Boots immerses you in the dynamic world of Marketing. Our focus on connecting with customers is crucial for success, enabling them to discover our exceptional products and services while ensuring a personalized and convenient experience that encourages loyalty. The Marketing teams at Boots create engaging content through various channels like stores, mobile apps, TV/Radio, and social media platforms to build trust and satisfaction among customers. This role provides an opportunity to understand customers better, unleash creativity, and apply analytical skills.


    Responsibilities:
    - Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail, Marketing, Buying, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure all activities align with trading priorities.
    - Work closely with Marketing Manager to develop and deliver marketing reports, set KPIs, and measure benchmarks.
    - Support the implementation of wider projects and participate in agency meetings, shoots, or events.

    Requirements:
    - On track to achieve or have obtained a 2:1 degree or above.
    - Proactive attitude with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    - Awareness of market trends, strong organizational abilities, and experience in meeting deadlines.
    - Drive for self-development, interest in data-driven Marketing campaigns, and passion for innovative customer experiences.
