Up to £11.00 per hour depending on experience

Our complete range of custom-engineered process and immersion heaters, together with our standard product portfolio which incorporates immersion heaters, room heaters and thermostats have extensive IECEx, ATEX and CSA certification.

About the role

The element sealing process is a critical path in the production of heaters and the role involves a mixture of hands-on production and quality control measurements.

The main responsibilities are:

Measuring, checking and stacking elements ready for the baking process.
Moving the baked elements and processing through the sealing process.
Handling and moving the elements
Setting the oven temperatures according to the production schedule
Training will be given with the aim of progressing to managing the flow of elements from receipt through to production. This will include initial counting, physical measurements, electrical resistance testing and recording on the ERP system.

Job Types:

Salary:
£10.50-£11.00 per hour
