The Role
Hain Daniels are currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator at our Peterborough site. Most of our fresh, chilled products are centrally routed through our warehouse facility in Peterborough.


The role of the Logistics Administrator is to maintain a high level of customer service internally and externally through the provision of an efficient administration function.

Manage flow and priority of on-shift activity for the site to service customer orders & operations


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the daily operational administration is complete, accurate and in accordance with all site procedures
  • Raise, release and document all distribution / purchase orders.
  • Responsible for pallet dehiring
  • To provide management information as required in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure all POD amendments are completed as soon as POD's or notifications are received by the team

What you will need for the role / what it will take

  • GCSE Maths grade C or above
  • Working in a warehouse / stores environment would be essential
  • Previous administration experience beneficial
