Description
We are pleased to be working with a rapidly expanding CRM platform / software client operating within the mortgage sector seeking to further expand owing to significant success and growth of their brand and business.
Our client is seeking to recruit 2 Telephone Business Development Managers (BDM's) to join their team and be responsible for developing, and further enhancing, relationships with mortgage intermediaries.
You will work alongside a field based BDM team ensuring that intermediaries and clients receive top level support whilst identifying new opportunities to grow and enhance the client base.
Candidates need to have proven experience within a sales or business development role, ideally within mortgages, financial services or the technology / software sector.
Experience in using or selling a CRM would be advantageous but not essential. Proven negotiation and persuasion skills as well as a customer centric approach is essential.In return our client is offering a competitive salary and bonus scheme with some amazing opportunities for growth within this innovative business.
