We are excited to be advertising for a Band 7 Operational and Clinical Team Manager for MHST and CWP, based in North Devon and working with our new MHST teams. The successful post-holders will be joining a growing early intervention pathway within CAMHS working with mild to moderate presentations of anxiety and low mood as well as offering whole-school approach support. The Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) pathway currently consists of EMHPs and Child Wellbeing Practitioners (CWPs) and is a growing service covering Devon and Torbay. Interviews will be held on 4th June Main duties of the job As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of mental health support services to our clients. Your main duties will include supervising and supporting the clinical staff, managing team schedules and caseloads, and maintaining effective communication within the teams. This role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of the MHST and CWP offer, and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive team culture. We are working closely with other organisations and providers to ensure we deliver locality and county-wide based integrated access to all of our services, based on the i-Thrive Framework. CFHD works closely with our local universities of Plymouth, Exeter & the Peninsula Medical School where we support students in clinical training placements and in addition support our own staff to undertake post graduate training. Our integrated care and treatment has been developed and refined in partnership with children, young people and their families/carers.
