The People Analytics Specialist will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, design data solutions, and deliver intuitive and interactive dashboards and reports.
What you'll be doing as a People Data Analytics SpecialistnCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and reporting requirements.nAnalyse and document data sources, data structure, and data quality considerations.nCreate and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.nDevelop data models, measures, and calculations to provide actionable insights using DAX, and SQL.nImplement dynamic filters, slicers, and drill-down capabilities for enhanced user experience.nEnsure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all reports and dashboards.nConduct thorough testing to validate data accuracy and performance.nCommunicate insights and findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.nIdentify and implement strategies to improve Power BI report performance and responsiveness.nOptimize SQL queries and database indexes to enhance overall system performance.
