    Job summary

    An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and enthusiastic administrator to provide administrative support for the Trust Professional Leads for AHPs, Nursing, Psychology and Social Work.

    As a core and valued member of The team, the post holder plays a vital role in enabling the Trust Professional Leads to achieve goals and objectives related to the Trust Strategy.

    This role requires a motivated person, who us well organised, dynamic and has a good level of administrative experience

    Main duties of the job

    To provide effective and dynamic administration support to the Trust Professional Leads for AHP, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work.

    The overall purpose of the role will be to provide admin support to enable Professional Leads activity across all Divisions of the Trust, This will include:

    o Administration support for Professionals Leads (AHPs, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work) including calendar and email management, appointment bookings, minute taking and general document preparation.

    o To maintain robust record keeping, data co-ordination and prepare reports for professional development and workforce activity

    o Administration support for the placement co-ordination of students / trainees

    o Administration support for the induction of new staff (within the professional groups listed)

    o Administration support for co-ordination of CPD / training opportunities

    o Development and maintaining use of digital communication systems for professional groups ( use of MS Teams channels for professional groups)

    o Maintain databases, excel spreadsheets relevant to Professional Leads activity

    Person Specification

    Qualifications

    Essential

  • Qualifications in Maths and English are essential, equivalent to functional skills level 2 or above.
  • Relevant qualification at education level 3, or equivalent experience within administration
  • Desirable

  • Qualification /or relevant subject to the post remit
  • Experience

    Essential

  • Knowledge and experience of using database systems, good knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Teams, Excel spread sheets, minute taking, working in an office environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of Integra and raising Invoices
  • Desirable

  • Previous experience of working within an NHS, Local Authority or University environment.
  • Worked with a variety of providers eg, local authority, HEI, Professional bodies
  • Skills

  • Strong IT and keyboard skills - use of word, email, spread sheets, excel, publisher, Microsoft Teams etc.
  • Competent in the use of social media for the promotion of work
