    Direct Retailing Intern (12 months) Job Title : Location : London Salary : £21,Close Date : 26-May- Employment Type : Fixed TermFull or Part time : Full Time Calling all undergraduates Are you a driven and ambitious marketing or business student looking for a valuable 12-month placement opportunity? Look no further - as we are seeking a Direct Retailing Intern to join our team What will you be doing: In this role, you will receive hands-on experience in a variety of areas including content creation, UX and UI management, SEO, web and app development, ticket vending machines, and attended retailing channels. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to participate in digital testing and learn from our seasoned professionals. Key accountabilities include:
  • Reporting to the Digital Optimisation Manager a regular rotation will be put in place to support all areas of team
  • Content management activities using Sitecore CMS to build content and support accurate information on the website
  • Supporting the Digital Optimisation Manager in the development of personalised web and app experiences including AB testing and campaign reporting
  • Collaboration with the UX/UI designer to drive improvements to the customer experience
  • Supporting the content roadmap and engagement with the SEO agency
  • Supporting the website product owner in the sprint planning and releases for the website
  • Supporting the app product owner in the development and definition of new developments
  • Supporting the Retailing Product Manager in the planning of new functionality and UX improvements on the Ticket Vending Machines
