Description

Southport College is looking for an enthusiastic Finance Assistant to join us on a fixed-term basis.

As a Finance Assistant you will ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions into the College finance system. You will deal with enquiries in a professional, courteous and timely manner, providing a friendly and positive experience to members of the public, students and College staff at the finance counter. You will also assist with the reconciliation process of accounting records and supplier invoices.

We are looking for an organised and committed individual, who is capable of working under their own initiative and as part of a team. Previous finance and customer service experience is desirable, but not essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your finance skills and experience in a friendly and welcoming environment.
