We have an exciting opportunity available for an experience HR Professional to join a well-established UK Charity as their Permanent Head of People Partnering.

- Hybrid working, based in Birmingham
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR professional with experience of leading business partnering and ER advice services.
As the Head of People Partnering, you will be part of the SLT working to provide strategic people plan for the organisation.
Role Head of People Partnering
- Lead a team of BP's, ER Advisors and Reward Advisor to design, plan and deliver a people agenda and employee offer.
- Ensure the delivery of projects and initiatives to improve organisational effectiveness.
- Creation and ownership of talent management and succession planning
- Continuous development and review of employment policies and best practice
- Responsible for maintaining and reviewing an effective reward strategy, for the organisation.
- Ensure positive engagement with our people, through company forums and networks
- Maintain the regulatory requirements for employee data across the business, UK.
Key Skills and Experience
- A sound knowledge of employment law, recent case law and best practise
- Proven experience of leading a business partnering and advice service, working to deliver the organisations strategic goals
- Experience of initiating and leading change to support the needs of a complex organisation
- Working towards company
- Demonstrable commitment to enabling an inclusive workforce, identifying barriers to enable participation for all
- Valuesdriven leadership approach and a role model for others
