Administrator required to answer telephone calls take messages, take minutes at team meetings and safeguarding meetings, cover reception when necessary.
General office duties uploading, photo copying, filing etc.To provide clerical and administrative assistance Occassional supervisory responsibility
Maintain diaries and arrange appointments General office system support including minute taking
