This is Us - Project Administration Officer
Fixed term until 31 December 2024
£21,478 (pending pay award)
37 hours available - Full-Time/Part-Time/Job Share will be considered
Based at one of our Cumbria offices (depending on your location)
Hybrid working is available
There may be occasions where County-wide travel may be required
Overview of Role
To support the delivery of the UK Shared Prosperity funded project 'This is Us'.
The Administrator will play an integral role in the project's success by managing project enquiries; maintaining effective and efficient monitoring systems; supporting the administration and delivery of activities and events and supporting effective communication.
UK Shared Prosperity Funds are devolved locally, from the Central Government, as a result, key data and reporting will be required.
The Administrator Officer will manage the collation of data for reporting to the funder.Key Duties
The key duties of the role will include, providing high-quality administrative support and excellent customer service, alongside the effective handling of enquiries for the Cumbria CVS staff team within the project.
To support the administration, monitoring and reporting within the project and support the effective inputting of organisations and volunteers through the CVS volunteering database and Cumbria CVS CRM.
To create publicity and general digital marketing content for the project including volunteering opportunities event Posters and volunteer case studies, and support the scheduling of social media content for the project.
To support the organising of events, training and meetings for the project including completion of purchase orders, venue, and delegate bookings (using Cumbria CVS CRM system) subsequently supporting the evaluation and reporting of these sessions.
Skills and Experience
- Ability to use IT software (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Zoom, Canva) and the willingness to train in additional IT skills including our CRM systems.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and be able to liaise and communicate with a range of partners, organisations and individuals.
- Ability to contribute and work flexibly, independently but as part of a team with different admin tasks to a set deadline.
- Ability to produce a range of supporting project materials and communication/publicity materials.
