About The Role:


Reporting into the SSC Manager the primary responsibility of the Order to Cash Team Leader is to lead the THG Beauty Division within the Credit/Accounts Receivable team, supervise and organise individual's day to day activities and monitor performances.


Responsibility is to manage the flow of work through effective LEAN techniques, observing all key business controls to ensure all work completed under the remit is 'right first time' and to identify poor processes and offer/deliver workable solutions.


Responsibilities:


  • Organise, supervise and monitor the THG Beauty Credit/Accounts Receivable Team activities efficiently and effectively to ensure all Debt Reduction Targets, Cash Collection Targets, SLA's and KPI's are met
  • Effectively manage Beauty Customer orders
  • Provide expertise and act as first point of reference to resolve business critical issues
  • Act as coach for Team Members
  • Act as first point of escalation for resolving internal and external THG Beauty Credit issues
  • Manages incoming requests through work flow and schedules activities appropriately
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with External counterparts, Sales & Operational Teams, Insurance Brokers, internal customers and business partners
  • Strives to achieve best practice performance levels as per benchmarks agreed with the SSC Manager
  • Deliver Weekly Reporting of Aged Debt performance
  • Deliver Insurance cover requirements for your Divisions, working with the SSC Manager to ensure T&C's of our Insurance Policy are met
  • In liaison with the SSC Manager, identifies and implements continuous improvement initiatives
  • Organise periodic feedback sessions for the team
  • Evaluates new processes and ensures training material is produced for all team members,
  • Trains and develops each Team Member with the latest process updates
  • Document Key Processes

Requirements/Skills Needed:


  • Proven track record of managing team members within a Credit Control environment
  • Proven track record of high performance and Order to Cash experience
  • Experience in Managing a Trade Credit Risk Insurance Policy
  • Office IT literate, preferably with advanced MS Excel skills
  • Experience of working in a Shared Service centre or similar working environment
  • Sage or any other ERP systems knowledge
  • Track of high performing standards
  • Professional education or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in English verbal and written
