An opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Unit Administrator at the West London Renal and Transplant Centre based at Hammersmith Hospital.

This is a fixed term contract or secondment opportunity to cover Maternity leave.


The post holder will provide an effective and efficient secretarial and administrative service to the medical teams and the Specialist Nurses within the Renal Rapid Assessment Unit.

You will need to demonstrate a high level of prioritizing and organizational skills and be able to use your initiative to develop office support systems as required and to organize their own work load to meet local and Trust requirements adjusting priorities as necessary in negotiation with their line manager.


The post holder will be required to demonstrate excellent communication skills working across multidisciplinary members both locally, at trust level and in the community setting.

They will be expected to deal with patients and relatives who are in contact with the department.
