Job Overview

We are looking for a graphic design (or related degree) student to join our marketing and design team for a part-time industry placement on an ongoing basis.

The successful applicant will be tasked with producing a range of different types of visual content in keeping with our existing style guide.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated multi-disciplinary designer to develop their existing skillset in a commercial setting.

Creative outputs will include informational diagrams, website graphics, branded packaging, and promotional materials. In addition, the role may also include some photography and videography including both shooting and editing.

Main responsibilities include:

Take and edit photos to accompany written content and promote our products
Work with the team to produce video guides for our website and YouTube channel
Produce physical and digital marketing materials such as leaflets, website banners, and icons
Update/design primary packaging boxes for new products inline with existing styling

This role has flexible hours and a requires a regular on-site presence at our main location in Attercliffe, Sheffield.

It would be best suited to someone who can work at least two half-days per week (totalling 7 hours per week).

Essential Requirements

The ability to interpret a brief and follow brand guidelines
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent time management and a methodical and diligent work ethic
Able to engage with and build relationships with a wide range of people
