Description
The postholder will be highly organised and self-motivated, with proven administrative experience in a customer service environment.

They will be confident in addressing large groups of people, communicating with customers who may only have basic levels of English.

A keen attention to detail is essential, and an awareness of data security and confidentiality issues is important.

A knowledge of the IELTS test and its uses would be desirable.

The working pattern for this role will be 28 hours per week. Preferred days would be Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. For weeks when there is no Saturday test, this would usually be Tuesday - Friday.


This is a fixed-term post for 6 months in the first instance to provide temporary cover for the substantive postholder.
