Production Supervisor

Daily duties include:

Assist the Production Managers in the day to day running of the production in all departments
Flashings, Punch & Press, Fabrication and liaise with Transport Department.
Planning Productions based on delivery dates provided.
Ensuring the smooth transition of goods from each department.
Reading technical drawings to assist operators if queries arise.
Perform random quality inspections during production.
Help push production and help maintain tight delivery requirements.
Health & Safety conscious.
Be able to cover Production Managers in their absence.

Training would be provided in all aspects of the job.

Sheet metal fabrication background required but not essential.

Knowledge of press brakes, guillotines and welding required but not essential.

Must be able to read technical drawings.

Computer literate - Word, Excel etc.

Applicant must be enthusiastic, motivated, reliable, be able to think of their feet and have outgoing personality with the ability to motivate staff.

Pay:
£24,991.28-£33,000.00 per year
