    Description

    Exciting Opportunity:
    Trainee Sales Manager in Norwich
    Are you passionate about the motor trade and ready to kickstart your career in sales management? Our client, a leading motor trade group based in Norwich, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Trainee Sales Manager to join their team

    Key Responsibilities:
    Drive high-level

    Customer Experience:
    Delivering and maintaining high standards of customer service.

    Team Development:
    Help develop and motivate the existing sales team to meet and attempt to exceed targets.

    Sales Growth:

    Contribute to boosting volumes of new and used vehicle sales, enhancing profitability, and increasing finance, insurance, and accessory sales.


    Budget Management:
    Review budgets and assist in cost control measures.

    Sales Process Optimisation:
    Aid in managing the sales process to maximize efficiencies.

    Site Management:
    Assist in controlling the display and overall site appearance to attract customers.

    Skills Needed:
    Some previous sales or management experience is preferred, ideally within an automotive organisation.
    You should have a well-organised, strategic, and inspiring approach with a proven ability to drive performance.

    What's On Offer:

    Competitive Salary:
    Excellent basic salary and bonus scheme with on-target earnings (OTE) of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
