  • YOUR ROLEDue to an exciting new partnership with a global ecommerce customer based within our new facility in RytononDunsmore, where we have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Coordinator where you will support operational teams in daily operational activities whilst coordinating a team of warehouse operatives ensuring the movement of goods are carried out in an efficient and effective way,
  • WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Reporting into the Warehouse Supervisor you will promote a positive health and safety culture by ensuring regulations and processes are adhered to across the operation and that incidents are investigated and followed up within a timely manner. You will proactively drive a culture of continuous improvement whilst ensuring work is allocated and carried out to a high standard. You will monitor and report on attendance and performance in collaboration with the Warehouse Supervisor, ensure colleagues attend daily briefing meetings and that sufficient labour is planned and utilised across the operation and that colleagues are appropriately trained.
  • WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • You must be able to work Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm with occasional weekend requirements in times of peak periods.
