- Lead process improvement initiatives within the Patient Safety organization
- Act as Safety Strategy and Management Team Leader for products
- Present complex issues to Safety Information Review Committee
- Lead safety strategies for regulatory documents and submissions
- Provide guidance on safety issues and mediate agreements
- Participate in due diligence activities
- Offer training and mentorship to new GSPs and PV Scientists
- Degree in life sciences or related field
- Advanced experience in Patient Safety, Clinical/Drug Development
- Proficient in PV regulations
- Experience in Clinical Development, Post-Marketing surveillance, and regulatory submissions
- Knowledge in Periodic Reports, Risk Management Plans, and Governance Board Interactions
- PharmD/MSc/PhD in a scientific field
- Understanding of epidemiology

What you'll do
The Director, Principal Patient Safety Scientist within Oncology Patient Safety is a top-level scientist in our team structure. We are seeking someone who can demonstrate leadership, manage complex PV projects, and provide expertise in safety science. In this role, you will be responsible for leading PV strategy for products at various development stages, contributing to safety documents, and preparing regulatory reports.
