At Atlanta Group, we're looking for a trailblazer to join our innovative Information Systems and Services (ISS) team as Head of Test.

It is a full-time role based in Manchester with flexible and hybrid working options. Travel to other Atlanta locations may be required.


As Head of Test, you'll use your experience to define the Testing Strategy for the Group, accommodating our future M&A integration plans and optimising tools and technology capabilities within your team.

With your understanding of complex organisations, you will develop an effective "Centre of Excellence" for Testing, with high quality customer outcomes as the goal.

Through leading and coaching your team of approximately 20 colleagues, you will create a high performing and efficient function.

You will be responsible for ensuring Atlanta has the capability to deliver safely and efficiently against a fast paced and challenging change schedule.


Using your data driven approach, you will create and maintain Group-wide reporting on key performance indicators and driving the continuous improvement of the function by reporting on key progress to the Director of Programmes and Change.

With a collaborative approach, you'll use your excellent communication skills to present information in a way that is easy to understand, and you will have the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders of all levels.


You will understand complex financial budgeting contributing to wider financial portfolio objectives through forecasting requirements; preparing budgets; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances and assisting with the initiation of corrective actions.

Ensuring that effective controls are managed, and areas of accountability agreed.
