- Designing and developing eLearning courses and curriculums
- Creating engaging and accessible learning experiences and environments
- Integration of eLearning materials into LMS/LXP systems
- Working with translation partners, both internal and external, to ensure eLearning is localised as required
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop course content
- Storyboarding and scripting material, creating materials to a Level 4 standard (as per chapman) up to and including software simulation and gamification
- Working within Learning & Development, developing eLearning materials
- Demonstrable experience with eLearning authoring software
- Creating Level 4 eLearning materials and testing via software simulation
