    Position Overview

    We are looking for Coordinators to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality and affordable housing to individuals in need. In this role, you will assist our lettings teams by handling various administrative duties such as promoting new letting opportunities, managing paperwork, entering data, and setting up tenancies. It's a fast-paced position that requires multitasking, navigating internal systems, and meeting deadlines.

    Qualifications:

    • Attention to detail
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    • Experience in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders
    • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
    • Familiarity with multiple IT systems and basic Excel knowledge

    While a background in housing is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
